Our mission is to create a safe space and fun environment, and to make you feel naturally beautiful! We go above and beyond to make sure to cater to each client individually because we fully understand all hair , more specifically curly hair isn’t created equal. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ BOOKING INFO: All appointments will need to be approved by Curl Haven Studio before going through. Please make sure to read each service description thoroughly and appropriately choose your correct service. When booking your appointment please use the drop down menus as they will make it so much easier. Make sure you select which professional you would like to book with as pricing will change. When wanting to book multiple services you must find that package and select from there. If you are looking for color and blow dry book for haircut package and we will adjust price at your appointment. ** Does NOT apply for curly cuts ** Please do not hesitate to message us if you have questions. We make the booking as simple as possible but we fully understand it can be a little confusing. ALL NEW CLIENTS: We require all new clients to leave a deposit when booking a service. This deposit will go towards your total the day of your appointment. *Non-refundable if cancellation/no show policy is not respected* LATENESS POLICY: We know sometimes life gets caught up so we allow our clients a 10 minute grace period. Please send us a message/call if you’re running a few minutes behind. After 10 minutes you will be considered a no show and our no show fee will be charged to your card on file. CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY: If you’re not able to make your appointment you MUST cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to appointment. Failure in doing so will result in a non-refundable 50% fee for the service booked. No shows will be charged 50% of scheduled services and must leave a deposit for ALL future appointments. CURLY CUT HAIR PREP: When coming in for a curly cut we require a few things from your end. These requirements are very essential for the best experience at Curl Haven Studio. Please come to your appointment with your hair washed/detangled , air dried and product free. Allow your hair to dry down with absolutely no pins, hair ties or hats/scarfs. It is necessary for us to see your hair in its complete natural state to ensure the best experience. Cancellation Policy

If you’re not able to make your appointment you MUST cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead of time. Failure in doing so will result in a 50% non refundable fee for the service booked. All no show clients will be charged 50% of booked services and will be required to leave a deposit for all future appointments.
